Stay in your own party.
I’ll handle the rest.
You spent months planning it and you will spend the whole day being pulled in nine directions. Your celebration deserves to be remembered exactly as it happened — the room before anyone arrived, the details nobody noticed, and every face that showed up.
How an event is covered
It starts with a run sheet, agreed before the day: your timeline hour by hour, the faces that absolutely have to be in the gallery, where the toast or the cake or the ceremony happens, and who I should ask if I cannot find someone. On the day I work to that sheet — which is the difference between a photographer who reacts to your party and one who is already standing in the right place.
I arrive an hour before the guests, while the room is still exactly how you planned it, then disappear into the day: the arrivals, the speeches, the kids under the table, the grandmother who did not want her picture taken and now has the best frame in the gallery. Corporate gatherings and brand events run the same way — only the guest list changes.
